FileOptix is designed to process files quickly, keep them for as short as possible, and protect access at every step.
FileOptix secures uploads, downloads, and authentication with encrypted transport. This protects files and account activity while they are in motion between your device, FileOptix, and storage.
Uploaded inputs and processed outputs are scheduled for automatic cleanup after 1 hour of job creation. FileOptix is built for processing, not long-term storage, and temporary download links may expire sooner.
FileOptix enforces file type validation, size limits, and plan-based usage caps to reduce abuse and keep processing reliable. Suspicious or invalid uploads are rejected before processing.
Account data and API keys are protected with secure authentication flows. Signed download URLs and API responses are scoped to the request context that created them.
